Indeed, as the Prophet (SAW) said, actions are judged by their intentions. Many of the early scholars said this hadith encompasses a huge portion of the religion, and is the foundation of ikhlas, sincerity of intention. Checking our own intentions when working on something beneficial for the Ummah is essential, as this can be a means for great reward. May Allah reward everyone in UMG and allow these projects to be benefit the ummah.

Anas ibn Malik reported: When the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, returned from a journey and saw the walls of Medina from afar, he would quicken his pace and, if he was on an animal, he would make it gallop out of his love for Medina. May Allah allow us all to visit this great city. @wajid171201 Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 1787

Saying Salam upon entering home A person came to the Prophet (saws.) and complained of poverty and straitening of sustenance. The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.s.) told him: When you enter your house, say 'Salam' whether there is someone therein or not. Then recite Surah Tawheed, once. The man did as advised and Allah gave him so much that he even passed some of it to his neighbors.[8] Tibb al-Aaimma, As-Sayyid Shubbar, pg. 524
